"still waiting for my results from repeated..."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

While being treated at this hospital its been fine you's have really looked after me but when it comes to waiting for a phone call with my results on bloods it's a different story, I've been waiting since Monday to hear from you's .i have rang you myself numerous of times and all i got was we will phone you back and I'm still waiting one person even hung up on me. I think that's disgusting all i want is my results.
