"Warwickshire SEC 117 Aftercare"

About: Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities / Learning Disability Community Services Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust / Learning disability

(as a service user),

I'm orginally from West Midlands and sectioned orginally on section three of the mental health act central hospital Hatton Warwickshire. I've been misdiagnosed twice, once with Schizophrenia then borderline personality disorders. Then I found out late 2014 that I am on the Autism pathway. In Leicestershire I had been misdiagnosed with borderline personality disorders so it was a shock when I found out I had been rediagnosed with autism spectrum disorder low functioning classic autism..

But even under Coventry and Warwickshire partnership trust they have in my view repeatedly tried to pass the buck with Leicestershire and my legal rights denied.

I've been refused a care assessment In Leicestershire as I'm on section 117 Aftercare Responsibility from coventry and Warwickshire partnership trust NHS I've got no help or support just my Husband comes over from Nottingham to help me I'm a virtual prisoner in the town I live in as I can't access public transport because of my autism I also have a mild learning disabilities and I'm physically disabled.

I've got help from livingautism, they help adults and children with autism who are being unlawfully refused services on section 117 Aftercare Responsibility With a diagnosis of autism they got a solicitor Involved.

Both my parents and me want me to be back in a placement in Yorkshire as I moved from south yorkshire in 2010 to Leicestershire into the community and it all fell apart ..The care agencies we both had broke down rapidly

I felt that Warwickshire ignored it all turned a blind eye even when I was put onto POVA vunerable adult police safeguarding process. Warwickshire still refused to comply with Leicestershire police safeguarding team. I feel that my life has been repeatedly put at risk by Coventry and Warwickshire partnership trust.

So the only way We got told I'd get my care and a move back to Yorkshire to a austic placement if livingautism got a autism solicitor Involved hey have spoken to my dad and the warden in Leicestershire and Luckily for Me both my parents have roles in the NHS.

I've never had any care plan from them either. Dad was told by police safeguarding team their has been no coordination on my care and a lack of communication throughout. Even My GP in Leicestershire says he has hardly any medical notes on me yet it's October 2015 and we moved to Leicestershire In January 2010 and yet Leicestershire say they Haven't got much of my past history from Warwickshire just bits.

Since I've been under st marys lodge between the start of 2013 and late 2015 there has never done any community care assements and I've been diagnosed since September 2014 with autism spectrum disorder low functioning and Moderate to severe autism with a mild learning disability which I was born with.

My dad and the solicitor are helping me fight my case. I feel that you don't get many people standing up to them with autism but If they want a fight they have got one as keeping me with no help or support has now resulted in me taking action against them ..I didn't get Rediagnosed with autism for no reason
