"Fantastic staff on labour ward"

I gave birth to a baby girl on 26th Ocotber 2015 at labour ward at City hospital.

I was so impressed with the manner and professionalism of the staff there who looked after me from night shift to day shift on the day.

Midwives who looked after me throughout the night and in the morning to the birth was very kind, professional, compassionate - made me feel very at ease and assured that I am receiving the best care.

I ended up having forceps delivery, and the whole team who rushed in to do the procedure was very professional, the Consultant and the team who cared for me throughout was absolutely excellent. Such a great team work! I am very grateful for all they have done; I know it is their job, but it was done in the way with real attitude of care, and of putting 'patient first' and I am so proud of the NHS service they provide, and grateful of its provision!! Thank you for what you do!
