"A&E and Ocelot ward"

I had the misfortune to visit A&E on a Friday evening. The staff we dealt with from booking in to discharge were fantastic. At times during our wait A&E was an intimidating place to be however we were put at ease by the skill of the desk staff and triage at dealing swiftly and effectively to diffuse difficult situations. My case was dealt with sensitively and with kindness. Our follow up visit to Ocelot ward was again positive. Helpful, informed staff who dealt with our concerns with care and understanding. I very much appreciate the care I was given.
