"Outpatient appointments"

About: King George Hospital

Two letters arrive for an appointment in two separate hospitals on the same day, but 30 minutes apart.

I arrange to change one for three days earlier and keep the appointment with the consultant as per the letter.

This was last week.

Today I receive a letter for another appointment with the consultant for a week later.

According to admissions, they cancelled the first consultant appointment and rebooked for the following week, but did not bother putting the cancellation in writing.

Apparently the consultant appointment isn't with the consultant, it is a nurse led clinic.

No-one bothers to tell me this.

I have cancer and do not need any extra stress.
