"Brilliant co-ordination"

As an emergency admission with severe chess pains and possible heart attack, I just wanted to express my thanks to the organisation that got me through A & E to a coronary angioplasty within the day. Particularly I'd like to thank trainee in A & E for setting the ball rolling and the brilliance of my consultant who performed the procedure and kept me informed every step of the way including post op intructions. The staff of the angioplasty and coronary units were extremely helpful and friendly at all times, and the general running of the CCU ward quite clearly ticked every box.. Again, many thanks for making what could have been a frightening experience quite bearable !
