once you get to see someone, i am sure that the treatment can be ok. but booking an appointment is... an adventure. i spent quite some time speaking to someone about the days i can and can't make because of work commitments and in the end i had a letter that i need to see someone on one of the days i can't make. the complaints service? if you can get through to them, they are mostly nice ok, but they do not give any actual answers or can really help in a constructive way. all in all, a waste of time, so if you could choose another hospital, perhaps you should.
