After attending The Royal Alex A&E with my son, I received a call from an automated call centre saying it was on behalf of the hospital trust and would my son answer a survey, asking to press 1 if I was my son or 2 if I could bring my son to the phone. I could not believe that a children's hospital had passed my son's information on. I think this is very disgusting to pass on a child information for this type of call. Since this I have also had an person asking to speck to my son asking for him by name. I told them he was asking to speck to a child and what did they want, they then said that I could answer the question on his behalf. I then put the resever down.
Beware when filling out forms at this hospital because some where there must not been an opt out box to tick which I missed.
