Had a procedure today in the Day Surgery unit and could not have been more impressed. Every single member of staff I saw today on the team was incredibly kind, courteous and professional and really treated me like a person. I arrived feeling nervous but this soon dissipated as I felt I was in excellent hands. I would recommend without hesitation.
