"Surgery for a hernia"

I had to have a scan at blackheath which was very pleasant and straight forward. Then I had to see a specialist to arrange an operation again very straight forward and easy.

Every step of the way was quick and easy and none of the appointments had a long waiting time and as a business owner my time is sometimes very short

I am insured with vitality health and they were also very helpful and easy to deal with.

The staff were amazingly helpful and spent a very long time answering the many questions I had putting me at ease after which I was relaxed enough to have a nap before my operation.. This is true a nap.. I was totally stress free.

After I came back from theatre I had a lovely panini and rest then went home.

To be honest I have 3 children and this has to have been the most relaxing day this year with satellite tv to watch and no children and a lovely lunch.... Great.
