"Contact to Audiology for help with damaged..."

My hearing aid has been damaged and I want to arrange repair or replacement.

Phoned 01482 604444 and the auto help(waiting) played for over 7 mins..

Then tried 875875 and told to ring 6247664 and this was engaged for a good while ( over 6 attempts made), when finally got through I explained and the person said I should call 6247634, I commented that I felt I was running around phones the lady was short and said how did I get the 624664 number and I explained from Hospital main exchange and she said "they" shouldn't be giving that number out to callers. I repeated I wanted help and she checked for an appointment slot and offered tomorrow, which I cannot make at that notice and then asked me once again to use 6247634, I tried twice more and on each occasion left messages inc name and home phone number the recoded message promised to call back and there has been no call back all day.
