"disgusted at the attitude of the audiologist"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

My daughter today had an appointment with the audiologist and I was disgusted with the remarks the audiologist said to my daughter. I know my daughter does not make up her headaches and lack of hearing on occasion, but for the audiologist to infer that my daughter is faking her symptoms just beggers belief. I will be making a formal complaint when we see the consultant, this person does not know the history of my daughters symptoms and what tests she has had to undergo, we have not received the results of all her tests yet. Their remarks had my daughter in tears and her self-confidence dropped to zero.
