I get a carer once a day, they help with my shower, washing my hair and make me a cup of tea. It’s quite a good service, the girls are quite nice. I don’t have any complaints about it, I get sent information every week on who is coming and when – you can’t ask for more than that.
The carers always ask what I would like them to do each day. I’ve never come across any that I wouldn’t like to come back.
I would like to have more information about what the carers are allowed to do, this would be helpful. I don’t know what I can ask the girls to do for me.
