The ambulance was very quick to respond to the telephone call, arrived within 6 minutes. The paramedics were very efficient, friendly and informative of my condition, and carried out all necessary tests before advising a hospital visit to A&E. The staff in A&E were also quick to respond, friendly and efficient and put me totally at ease.
