i received excellent care throughout. The surgeon explained the procedure clearly, was friendly and reassuring. The theatre staff were again reassuring and efficient, their communication prior to the procedure was of a nature to keep me relaxed. Once in recovery the excellent care continued followed by caring and efficient care from the staff on an excellent ward. The individual cubicles gave privacy without isolation because of regular attention and prompt response to the call button.
