"Children's outpatient department"

Very professional and caring staff. Extremely accommodating when my child had a childhood infection on her appointment by providing isolation area and allowing her to continue with her appointment. Also changed appointments easily if needed and offered advice over the phone when required. We have had several visits to the department over the years and always had an excellent experience. My child actually enjoys going for her appointments and was sad she wasn't having bloods taken one day as she enjoyed playing with the alphabet toy during her blood test! That alone speaks volumes about how caring and great the nursing/ medical staff are at making a child feel comfortable whilst having bloods or assessments. The department should be proud of the service they provide and these high standard appear to have continued in the new Bolton One unit.
