"Wonderful out of hours service"

I called the 111 helpline for advice about our poorly 4 year old son. A very helpful doctor from the Goole Hospital Out of Hours service called back almost straight away and gave us a time to visit the hospital. We arrived to find Dr Lee already waiting for us. He was wonderful with our son and dealt with him quickly and kindly. We were given great advice and a prescription. He took the time to direct us to a local late night pharmacy. We can't thank Dr Lee and the doctor who initially called us enough. They made a rather stressful evening much more bearable.
