"lack of communication"

About: Rochdale Infirmary

iv been waiting for an appointment for a couple of month i finally get one 21st oct *gets cancelled on your behalf" so get another for 10th nov again "gets cancelled on your behalf" all this happens in just a week. Now its 24th oct i get a letter saying i was unable to keep my appointment on the 21st oct and i have to go back to my gp for re-referral? your system is a joke!!!
