"the best hospital so far"

i did not know that the nhs can provide such a good service. i didn't know that they can hire staff that actually know what they are doing and they do it with a smile. although my appointment at the fracture clinic was delayed by an hour, a nurse apologised and gave regular updates. Ealing and Ashford can learn a lesson or two from this hospital. not too sure if the appointment was necessary, i knew i had a fracture a week ago due to x-Rays and i was simply told that i had a fracture. nothing was prescribed nor examined... maybe it wasn not needed... anyhow a pleasant experience for me in comparison to other locations.
