My four years old daughter had vomiting and dizziness, I bring her to this walk in centre. When we came in, there was just few people. One hour we waiting till assessment. On this time she have vomiting in the waiting hall, but we still waiting. During this time came in another patients. After one hour waiting, we been seen by the nurse, and they told us that we should wait one more hour for the doctor. The time was 7.30pm... So we waiting this time, but nobody call as, while another patients came in , been examined by the nurse and doctor, but me and my child still sitting there and waiting. And just 9,30 pm the doctor invite as.
And one more moment. There was one mother with 3-4 old child, she came in a little bit after as, but waiting the same time, and when I was inside the "doctors" area, I have heard, that her appointment was at 8pm and that the doctor missed it. Time was 9.45pm . So she waiting 1,hour 45 min with small child, just because they missed her appointment. So all adults been examined by the doctors , but the small kids sitting there till the hospital closed. And this is walk in centre? Unbelievable
