"thanks for lovely care of my Dad"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Had to take Dad to ED at RLI last Sat night after a fall, and care was really excellent from everyone... he was triaged assessed and had a CT scan within an hour of arrival. The ED nurses and docs were very efficient and caring and explained everything clearly. He was transferred to AMU at RLI and again the care was great . Dad particularly appreciated the visit from the Chaplaincy volunteer on Sunday afternoon.

Finally got safely transferred to RPH neurosurgical ward on Sunday evening. Thankyou for everyone's professionalism and kindness.
