I went to the urgent care unit for an xray the staff were amazing very pleasant helpful and polite I didn't have to wait and after the xray they booked me in to see a doc I thought id be waiting ages the doc called me in within 5 mins and was extremely good explaining everything to me in detail they answered my questions and was extremely understanding I really cant say how pleasant the experience was even with the agony I was in hats of to west herts urgent care unit.
Sorry guys but you at Watford general could learn a lesson from them!
