The staff here were useless, unhelpful and rude. Not all of the staff were, however most of them were. They did not help at all and made you feel alone as you weren't allowed to have proper 'friendships' with other patients. They spoke badly about you behind your back to your parents and other members of staff. Also, they think they know everything because they have learnt it all out of a textbook. They have no idea at all.
Please, do not send your child to ward 3 mental health inpatient unit. It will fill you up with a load of false hope.
