About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18) University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

After a hysterectomy I had complications and was admitted as emergency for further surgery. The care provided by nursing staff before surgery and by doctors, nurses, and everyone else on the ward was wonderful. Despite being constantly very busy, throughout my stay  they provided reassurance and suport to myself and my family in addition to exceptional medical care.
