"Care and compassion"

I went to A&E with chest pains, having been advised to by the 111 helpline. The staff, from the receptionists to the Dr, were kind, friendly and efficient and the tests I received were thorough, which was very reassuring. I was given pain relief and left feeling much more comfortable. Of course there was some waiting, but staff were clearly doing their best to make sure everyone was seen as soon as possible. Excellent service.
