"Children's A&E & ENT."

We had to take our three year old daughter to A&E today after she got a foreign body stuck in her ear. Minor injuries were unable to remove it so we were advised to take her to the children's A&E. We were booked in quickly and our daughter was very happy in the clean and bright waiting area with lots of toys.

After a short period of time she was triaged by a lovely nurse and then a nice ENT doctor came to see us. They were brilliant with our daughter trying to put her at ease whilst still explaining everything to us. Unfortunately (despite trying several methods) they were unable to remove the foreign body because our daughter wouldn't co-operate! This has resulted in her having to go back for a small procedure - but we cannot fault the service we received at all. Everyone that dealt with us were kind, polite and great with our daughter.
