"A scary time"

Today I had to visit the Endoscopy dept of the North Cambridgeshire Hospital. I arrived for my 1.30pm appointment and was immediately greeted by two charming nurses and taken to my room to be assessed. Although this was a worrying time for me I was instantly put at ease as the entire procedure was carefully explained. My time having the endoscopy, while not my favourite bit was conducted painlessly and with upmost dignity by the Consultant and their team of nurses in no time at all. Thankfully good news was given to me and it only remains for me to give my heartfelt thanks to all the team who looked after me impeccably for the duration I was with them.

Thank you for posting your feedback about your Endoscopy experience at North Cambridgeshire Hospital. Although, I appreciate that your comments were left some time ago, we, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn have recently taken over responsibility for managing the services provided at this hospital and most of the staff are the same as those who treated you in October. I will therefore be sharing your comments with the team in Wisbech as I am sure they will appreciate hearing how they made a potentially ‘scary time’ a positive experience for you.
