What I liked

Informal friendly nature of all staff- from the staff on reception to shop staff to consultant level.

The clear team work within the midwifery/obstetric day unit/out -patient department.

Cleanliness of all areas within the womens health unit-including out patient areas and clinic rooms.

What could be improved

Nothing- but I do look forward to the day when a visit to a hospital does not include searching for change for a car park !?

I attended the womens health unit out patient department several times throughout my twin pregnancy. The level of inclusion in my care was unprecidented in my experience. The genuine feeling of care from the consultant,sonographers, midwives and HCA's helped to make a worrying and often stressfull time less daunting. Many thanks to all.
