"Triple assessment clinic excellent"

I would just like to say how impressed I was with the care at the breast assessment clinic. The staff were very caring and professional, the waiting area was pleasant and clean (the radio/tv was a cheery distraction). The fact that I was told that it was a triple assessment clinic and that, although I might have been there for several hours, all the required test were undertaken in the same session and I would leave with a diagnosis (one way or the other) was an excellent patient experience at a time of great anxiety.
