"Appalling decision making & worrying outcomes"

Second Admission since August.

Consultants/ Registrars for Urology Dept are rude, dismissive & clearly want empty beds rather than finding the cause of complaint.

I was admitted on Saturday, have been waiting for a scan to which I am now being told needs to be done as an outpatient..despite me being in the hospital now?

There appears to be zero communication between departments, I have had to remind staff frequently that medication is overdue & observations have not been done.

Literally could write a book on the mismanagement & worrying approach within this NHS Hospital.
