"There are no doctors for non critical issues"

About: Barnet Hospital

Hi,

We been to MDU couple of times this week between 6PM and 7PM.

We were seen by a nurse immediately and dealt with the initial procedures.

When it comes to be seen by a Doctor, we had to wait more than two hours on both occasions.

In fact we had to leave without seeing the Doctor as there is no time limit on how long you have to wait.

This is case with at least two other patients that have left the building as the wait times are too much.

We feel that whatever the process exist at this hospital is not adequate and the patients are expected to be seen within a reasonable time.

The nurses are being very helpful and provide all the info required.

Thanks

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We would like to look into this further for you to improve our service in the future. Please send more information regarding dates and times etc to rf.pals@nhs.net so we can investigate. Thanks.
