"Visit for Procedure"

I normally am seen at Central Middlesex Hospital but because of problems with Urology Outpatients Dept., there, this appointment was switched to Northwick Park. Unfortunately there was an Admin problem which meant my annual Cystcoscopy procedure was overlooked in the temporary transfer. However once this was brought to notice the situation was quickly remedied and an apology given.

All staff at Northwick Park were very professional (in the best sense of the word) helpful and supportive.

All in all could not have had a better a better experience.

Only problem was the long wait afterwards at Pharmacy to collect anti-biotics that have to be started before my next appointment. and procedure. This is something that has never happened at Central.

However the experience of treatment and staff in the Urology Department can only be described as excellent
