Was my first visit to the orthopaedic outpatients dept,.I would like to say that I was impressed with all the staff I dealt with,from receptionist to orthopaedic surgeon,not forgetting nurses and x-ray technicians,.everyone was polite and helpful,my treatment was explained to me in detail,i won't be as nervous when I have to make my next visit.
