I have attended City Hospital for nearly 10 years while being diagnosed with MS. The staff are always friendly and approachable and I have always been included in my treatment choices.

Stand out members of staff for me are:

My MS Nurse who is very personable, patient and provided immediate tissues when I burst into tears unexpectedly one day! I'm not usually a crier so the sensitivity was appreciated.

All the phlebotomists are fab. I know many positive reviews have been left for the senior phlebotomist but all of them are careful, gentle and full of humour.

My neurologist is very thorough and I trust him to help me manage my condition.

I attended the MRI clinic today and the staff were great. The staff member carrying out the scan and the nurse who inserted my cannula were efficient and clearly used to dealing with anxious people. I wasn't anxious but their manner was lovely and I could see how it would reassure others.
