"Rude member of physio staff"

Yes I was 5 minutes late, but had you given me the chance to explain, or even introduced yourself before barking at me "YOU'RE LATE!", we could have had a conversation about it!

Who were you anyway? You weren't the usual physio receptionist, so I have no idea who you were, but you were very unprofessional and rude!

When I have been kept waiting I have been polite and understanding and waited quietly.

I must say thank you to the physio. They have been very helpful giving good advice and exercises that have helped me and will continue to help me progress. I give you 5 stars, thanks.

Whilst we are pleased to learn of your satisfaction regarding the care and treatment you have received I am most concerned to read that you found a member of staff to be rude on your arrival at the hospital. Please be assured that the Trust takes all concerns received extremely seriously.
