What I liked

The out-patient department appeared to be well run, and my daughter was seen within a short time of arriving.

What could be improved

We were unable to expedite her referral to another team when we were made aware that this would be necessary following a test at another hospital. Valuable time (10weeks) was lost as she was left with no alternative but to wait to see the consultant at North Tees before a referral would be made to the appropriate team.

We're pleased you and your daughter were satisfied with your experience in outpatients, but we're sorry you had a delay in waiting for a further outpatient appointment.
