"Cleaning standards on ward."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Admitted to a hospital ward, both toilets available for my ward were frequently lift in a poor condition by passengers placing colostomy bags on unit beside sink,

dried excrement was there for 2 days despite the toilets being cleaned!

Dear NG31me

Thank you for your feedback and alerting us to the issue. I would like to feed this directly back to the ward manager so they can address the cleanliness issue in the toilets. As you have not mentioned the ward directly I would be grateful if you could email me directly Sharon.kidd@ulh.nhs.uk

Regards

Sharon Kidd, Patient Experience Manager
