"Poor service in pharmacy"

The service I had was brilliant until I went to pharmacy. It said waiting time 15 mins. After waiting 15 mins I asked was my script ready only to be told they had to order the medication it would be in the next afternoon. They ask would I like It posted, I said no I would collect it as I wanted it ASAP. They took my phone number. I ask them for their number by the insisted that they would call me the next day. I was anxious to get my new medication. I waited until 6pm the next day for a phone call. None came, I rang them, yes the medication was waiting for collection. I was hoping to use the medilink bus to collect my drugs. It was too late. I drove all the way from watmall to QMC circle pharmacy to collect my medication the traffic was dreadful. I wonder how long I would have had to wait for a phone call if I had no rung them. The rest of my experience was great. Why didn’t the pharmacy stock my drug and why didn’t the staff do what they said they would do? ?
