About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

Liked the ladies who lead it, it has helped me, when I had to miss week 6, I did get out of the habit during these 2 weeks and maybe got a bit more anxious. I am sure I will have improved further after 8 weeks. I still feel I need a reminder every month or 2.
