Both of my elderly parents had an appointment to be seen by cardiologist today at KGH.The service they received was excellent. The clinical nurse, the
ECG nurse, the radiologist ,the bloods dept and of course the consultant and assistant were all so kind and helpful. Explanations were all clearly given as to what and why various tests were being done.
All too often ,people moan about poor service from NHS but our experience today was outstanding. Thank you to all concerned.
