"Lack of service from THE PHARMACY"

About: Queen's Medical Centre

Need a repeat prescription from my specialist. Rang and ordered it and was told PHARMACY would ring when it was ready. No phone call!!!!! Tried to ring them,,just got answer machine for 3 days. Got through in end on a different no. Miracle,,they were ready but they will not post them to me. I live in Derbyshire only 18 miles away but it is a 4 hour round trip on the bus and as the medicine is for VERTIGO bus travel really sets it off. Contacted person who is supposed to deal with patient satisfaction but am still awaiting her to contact me...Jane Nicholson...
