I will never ever again come to your hospital. It's already second day after I came to you. I was needed to make urgent surgery on my figer because it's getting bigger and bigger with every hour. Fist day you told me to wait. I was waiting for 7 hours,all nurses couldn't me answer why it is taking so long. When doctor arrived from wherever he told me that he can't do surgery in the evening because he don't know what may happen,maybe he is tired and will do a mistake. WHAT DOES IT MEAN HE DON'T KNOW? ARE YOUR HOSPITAL EVEN QUALIFIED PLACE? After that you sent me back for night to home and told me to be back at 7:20 that in the morning you will definetally make me a surgery (by the way my finger is almost blowing form the pain. You said "take pills,it might help" I don't need painkillers,i need URGENT SURGERY BECAUSE PIECE OF METAL IS STUCK IN MY FINGER VERY DEEP!!! When I arrived in the morning you told me that you have too much work you can't take me. WHAT THE HELL? WHAT DOES IT MEAN

YOU HAVE TOO MUCH WORK TO DO? I AM ONE OF YOUR WORK,I am a patient and I need your help. To make me a surgery will take 30 mins max!

So,what we get after this? It's already 5 hours past of second day I am here and I am still waiting for my doctor,who is wherever doing whatever instead of what he should do.

I have full rights to call my layer and then your hospital will speak with him.

I am sick of it.
