"Very unhappy"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

I was very unhappy with my dealings with Dermatology. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment to be seen where I thought I would be having a lesion removed, only to wait 30 minutes to be seen and told I would be referred. As if that wasn't bad enough, a month after my appointment if it wasn't for me chasing up my referral, they would never have sent my details on. Something seriously needs sorting here!
