About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a carer),

My friend had review app. at this clinic after having had surgery for prolapse. We arrive at the clinic for the app. As we thought. But we have misread the letter. It was a telephone appointment to speak to doctor agur. The clinic was very very busy but doc agur made time in his busy clinic to see my friend and also deal with a minor problem.

This is how we hope to be treated by other health professionals in the nhs.

Dear mercedes1946,

That is great to hear, I am so glad your friend did get seen by Dr Agur. He sets a great example for us. Don't tell him I said this but he has always been very helpful in my experience.
