About: Royal Preston Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

GP requested appointment for me. Hospital rang on Thursday said come a week on Monday confirmation letter in post. Letter arrived early Monday morning 10 minutes later hospital rang to cancel appointment no real explanation given.

Is this another case of meeting targets giving appointments within set time but not honouring them?
