"Shoulder injury after fall from bike"

I visited the A&E department at Bedford on October 6 th after falling from my bike after hitting a pothole.

As usual , the department was very busy , but the staff were excellent. I was seen and received an X-ray , all within 2 hrs .

My condition wasn't life threatening , so was happy to wait my turn. The nurses and doctors in minors , were courteous , professional and polite.

The cleaning staff and porters also took the time to speak as they went about their work.

What a great department . 10/10
