"Lovely reassuring staff"

I attended an appointment this morning at the breast clinic. I would like to commend every staff member that dealt with me. What a lovely group of staff you have there. From the receptionist to the doctor and everybody in between.

Everybody was friendly reassuring and professional at every stage of my appointment.

In fact I can say the whole procedure was an absolute pleasure (except the actual procedure itself of course) the staff couldn't have made me feel more at ease and comfortable.

Thank you for everything, all of you. You don't need to change a thing.
