my dad recently had his pacemaker changed at grimsby. he had the operation postponed because he made a mistake with his medication, but they got him in 2 weeks later and the service was great.
he was treated courteously and efficiently, and wasn't told off about his mistake, which must have been quite inconvenient for the hospital. Thanks.
