I have had several episodes of a racing heart and feeling very ill. My GP referred me to a doctor who was absolutely lovely and explained everything to me and my Mum really well. We didn't feel rushed, and felt they really cared and understood what a horrible experience it is. They were very thorough and smiley and cheerful and showed Mum the scan as they were doing it, and told Mum what to do when I get a racing heart again. I had an ECG in another department and the people there were lovely too. We were very pleased with the service and information we received and think the Staff and hospital are wonderful.
Lots of love xxx
