I have attended the dental hospital a number of times and cannot fault the dental staff / students. They make you feel very comfortable and are very patient and I fully understand the wait as some people are very anxious. But trying to contact the dental department by phone is not possible at all!! My daughter had an appointment made that I received by post, we were due to be on holiday at the time of the appointment, I tried so many times to contact them, which ended in her appointment being cancelled and having to be referred again through out dentist! When we did go for the appointment, dental staff were fantastic!! Can not fault them, but whilst I was in the waiting room, I could hear the phone constantly ringing and the receptionist never answered!! I think they answered the phone once every hour, even when they weren't busy, I now know why it was so hard for me to get in touch with them in the first place.
